Do I need an MFA Device?
For increased security we recommend you protect your UserReplay account by adding Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA). MFA adds extra security by requiring users to enter a unique authentication code from their MFA device when accessing UserReplay websites or services. For MFA to work, you must add an MFA device to the user account. The MFA device must be unique for each user; a user cannot enter a code from another user's device to authenticate.
You can create a virtual MFA device by downloading the Google Authenticator application for Android or iOS devices from their respective app stores. To add an MFA device to your account, visit the Configure MFA page in the Settings section after you have logged in.
